How to Use Cebu Pacific Travel Fund with Senior Citizen Discount


My mom who is a senior citizen was affected by the lock down imposed recently due to the pandemic so she found herself having to cancel several flights. since she needed to book some flights at a later date in order for her to go home, we decided to convert her flights into travel fund. 

if you are wondering whether you can still get the senior citizen discount when using travel fund, the answer is yes! Just simply follow this step by step guide on how to get the senior citizen rate when booking a Cebu Pacific flight using your travel fund.

1. Using any browser, go to www.cebupacificair.com.



2. Search for a flight and select your desired flight schedule.


3. Choose between GO Basic, GO Easy, and GO Flexi. Then click on 'continue'.


4. At this point, you click on 'Continue as Guest'. If you have an account, log in to your account. I was told that if your flight is connected with your account, the travel fund will be associated with it. Note that the walk through below may only be accurate if your travel fund is not connected with an account.


5. Once you key in the passenger's date of birth and the system recognizes that the passenger is a senior citizen, you would be asked for your Senior Citizen ID.



6. Click on 'continue'. You will now be directed to the Add-Ons page. Click on 'continue' again when you're done.



7. You will now be directed to a summary of your flight. If everything seems correct, scroll down and put a check on the checkbox where it says 'I HAVE REVIEWED MY BOOKING SUMMARY'. Then click on 'Confirm and Continue'.



8. On the next page, you will be asked for your contact details and payment information. To use your travel fund, just input the reference number of your cancelled flight. You may also check the rate breakdown on the right hand portion of the website to confirm that your senior citizen discount was applied to the reservation.
