14 Call Center Interview Questions & Answers

The call center industry is one of the fastest growing in the country these days. As recently as ten years ago, there were only a few call center agents and the word call center was hardly ever used in the country. Today, almost every family has at least one member working in the call center industry. The reason for this boom is partly economics. In the Philippines, low paying jobs are very notorious and while call centers set up shop here because of the low labor costs, Filipinos decide to work for the call center industry because it pays higher than average wages. Consider this: if you are an average worker with an entry level position, you probably are getting paid seven to ten thousand a month; meanwhile, an average employee in the call center industry with an entry level position will get around fifteen thousand pesos a month, plus free dental and health benefits (HMO). Call centers also will pay your SSS (Social Security), PAGIBIG (home building fund), and PhilHealth (health ins...

Should We be Scared of Monkeypox?

When you read an entire article from the mainstream media, you will actually find nuggets of truth instead of when you just read the caption, the title or the first paragraph. Yes, when they think nobody is looking, the authorities do tell the truth.

For the past few days, it sounded like monkeypox was starting to spread all over the country.

In this article, DOH spokesperson Albert Domingo explains that there has been no surge in cases and in fact April saw more cases than the month of May.

He also clarified that all of the 911 cases were of the mild variant of mpox called Clade II and that the more transmissible Clade 1b has not yet been detected in the Philippines.

It is important to note that not all 911 cases are active up to this day. In fact, DOH Secretary stated, "Ang mpox ay self-resolving disease. Virus siya at kusang gumagaling sa loob ng 2 to 3 weeks..."

Here is another interesting bit of information straight from the horse's mouth.

Domingo said in September 2024, there were around 200 mpox cases but this number includes the suspected and probable ones. "Out of mahigit 200, less than 10 or 20 lang ang nag-positive na confirmed (Out of the more than 200, less than 10 or 20 only turned out positive and confirmed.)

The DOH official said cases first reported as mpox were later verified to be not mpox but chickenpox.

Do you see it? This is straight from the horse's mouth! They are reporting suspected cases as confirmed cases that later turn out to be chickenpox!

This is another scam in the making if people do not wake up!

Remember this? I remember waiting  everyday for this daily infographic from the City Government in 2020. Governments around the world love crisis because fear is a very powerful tool of control. So it seems like the Iloilo city government is waiting with baited breath for a surge in cases.

In Zamboanga City, the City Health Office encourages Soviet era style snitching in a bid to sow distrust and division among the populace.

A lot of people support this. But what if I reported someone out of spite? What if someone did that to them? Don't people understand how this can be used against them?

In another show of irrational behavior reminiscent of the dark covid days, some city governments are now bringing back mandatory wearing of face masks.

Wearing of facemasks is the only visual evidence that can make people believe the existence of a fake pandemic so they want it back, badly!

But here is what the DOH had to say about that.

Domingo also said that since mpox is not an airborne disease, wearing a face mask cannot prevent the transmission of the virus.

"May ilang LGUs na nagpa-mandatory facemask. Wala namang mali sa pagsusuot ng facemask... Pero ang mpox ay hindi airborne kundi close contact. Balat sa balat... Depende sa mode of transmission ang dapat na ginagawa na precaution," he said.

So the next time you get asked to wear a mask as protection from monkeypox, RUN AWAY! THEY ARE LYING, THEY ARE LYING, AND THEY ARE LYING!

There are already talks of monkeypox vaccines. We will see if they can sell this hoax to the public this time around.

We will probably see the same marketing technique as covid. We are being told that people with commorbidities can die from monkeypox so any vaccine procurement will probably be reserved for them.

And just like covid, they will be using social media influencers to generate demand.
