14 Call Center Interview Questions & Answers

The call center industry is one of the fastest growing in the country these days. As recently as ten years ago, there were only a few call center agents and the word call center was hardly ever used in the country. Today, almost every family has at least one member working in the call center industry. The reason for this boom is partly economics. In the Philippines, low paying jobs are very notorious and while call centers set up shop here because of the low labor costs, Filipinos decide to work for the call center industry because it pays higher than average wages. Consider this: if you are an average worker with an entry level position, you probably are getting paid seven to ten thousand a month; meanwhile, an average employee in the call center industry with an entry level position will get around fifteen thousand pesos a month, plus free dental and health benefits (HMO). Call centers also will pay your SSS (Social Security), PAGIBIG (home building fund), and PhilHealth (health ins

Are we under attack?

A few days ago, Imee Marcos made headlines when she made the claim that a Chinese hypersonic missile attack was imminent and that there were 25 possible targets in the country since we have seemingly sided with the US on the China-Taiwan issue.

Reports that US weapons system would be removed by September or even earlier later came out and that seemed to have calmed the people down.

I have always been a regular follower of Canadian Prepper and one of the things he had always reiterated was that no government would ever admit that they were being attacked by a foreign power unless it was no longer possible to cover it up.

Yesterday, after I woke up from my siesta, I checked my Facebook feed and noticed a lot of people from my place of birth talking about an explosion.

A mushroom cloud in Zamboanga city?

The official story was that it was a controlled disposal of confiscated firecrackers.

CASUALTIES and DAMAGED PROPERTIES from a CONTROLLED disposal of confiscated firecrackers?

Does that really look like it came from a controlled disposal of firecrackers?

I have lived in Zamboanga city for most of my life and I grew up with bomb threats every now and then so it does not make any sense to me that there would have been casualties from a CONTROLLED disposal of firecrackers. I mean these are people with tons of experience in bomb disposal!

Even the date of the supposed controlled disposal does not match!

I quickly realized that this was exactly how a missile attack would look like. There will be a cover up story that will not make any sense but it will be the story that will be repeated again and again so it would be hard not to believe it. People who think that the government would tell them the truth are sadly mistaken. Can you imagine the panic that would be generated from such an admission by the government? The stock market would crash and commerce would grind to a halt! The people will be looking to the government for a solution but what solution can they offer? Wear a helmet, a face shield, and a facemask?

No, it will be in the best interest of everybody that we be kept in the dark.

In this video, we can see the spokesperson explain what happened in a trembling voice. Was she shaken from the whole thing or was her voice trembling because she knew the truth and was lying? Later, the journalists would ask her why the impact was that great to which she replied that she couldn't explain it and that they should all just focus on the casualties.

WELL, OF COURSE! We shouldn't be asking questions and thinking CRITICALLY! We should all just eat up whatever glob they decide to feed us!

Yes, expect a massive PR campaign from the Ministry of Truth in the days to come.

All this happens on the same day that we sign a military agreement with Japan allowing troop deployment in each other's territory.

Beijing on Monday protested as the Philippines and Japan signed a defense pact seen to be a countermove against China's aggressive posturing in the region. Lin Jian, the foreign ministry spokesman called it as “small circles” that would “encourage a new Cold War and provoke confrontation."

Coincidence?

The explosion by the way, also happened in a military facility.

There are at least people are are asking questions. They should not however, hold their breath. Ignorance is bliss.
