14 Call Center Interview Questions & Answers

The call center industry is one of the fastest growing in the country these days. As recently as ten years ago, there were only a few call center agents and the word call center was hardly ever used in the country. Today, almost every family has at least one member working in the call center industry. The reason for this boom is partly economics. In the Philippines, low paying jobs are very notorious and while call centers set up shop here because of the low labor costs, Filipinos decide to work for the call center industry because it pays higher than average wages. La Fiesta Largest Filipino Buffet Review

It was my mom's last week in the city and we decided to make reservations at La Fiesta: Largest Filipino Buffet in SM Mall of Asia.

When we arrived, they said our name was not on the list but that we could walk-in as we were there at 11am when the lunch buffet began.

They had a good variety of seafood dishes, desserts, Filipino food like Lechon, street foods, soups, Sushi, and salads.

Most of the dishes on the buffet table was pretty average. Nothing really stood out. The only thing that I liked about their buffet was that they offered coffee, tea, and beer but at the rate of 799 pesos, I don't think it was really worth it.

Some seafood dishes like the tuna and salmon were cooked on demand and were brought to your table.

My sister in law reported that there were tiny cockroaches that came out of the soft drinks dispenser. She said that the staff cleaned it promptly but the incident put a damper on our experience. There was also a very loud band that played songs requested by the audience.

Unfortunately, I was stopped from taking photos of their buffet table by the staff.

Even with the mediocre food, this place gets a fair amount of people. This is probably because they have the cheapest rates among all the buffet restos in MOA. If you decide to come here, make sure you get a table near the fan.
